   Start with a dry scalp

   Towel-dry fully after showering, or apply on a scalp that hasn’t been washed yet. Water dilutes the formula.

   220 sec

   Part & apply

   Part your hair in the thinning area. Use the calibrated dropper to apply 1.5 mL directly onto the scalp — not the hair — in 3–4 lines.

   320 sec

   Massage gently

   Spread with your fingertips using light circular movements. No need to rub hard.

4. 

   410 sec + wait

   Let it absorb

   Wash your hands. Wait about 5 minutes before styling, and let it fully absorb before washing your hair or swimming.

Tip: tie it to a habit you already have — brushing your teeth is perfect.

Missed an application? Just continue with your normal dose next time. Don’t double up.

1. Weeks 1–4

   Build the habit.

   You won’t see visible change yet. This month is about consistency.

2. Months 2–3

   Early signs.

   Some people notice less shedding or finer new hairs. Many don’t see anything yet — that’s normal.

3. Months 3–6

   Evaluation window.

   This is when it becomes reasonable to compare photos.

4. Month 6+

   Maintain.

   Hair-loss causes are ongoing, so continued use is needed to maintain any benefit. If you stop, gains may gradually fade.

Results vary from person to person. Some people see little or no benefit.
